Mira Grand Hotel Quy Nhon

Friendly and helpfull Staff. Great location and view of the sea. Elevator and stairs. I stayed on the 5th floor. WiFi was great. Kettle, Iron, Scale, Hairdryer, Mini fridge, TV with selected channels, also a small safe to store valuables in the room. Nice big full body mirror. Aircon was strong and cooled the room quickly. Instant Coffee with cups and a spoon supplied which was great to enjoy in the morning with a view. Black-out curtains. Mini Bar and Snacks at an extra cost. You can enter the roof area to have a look at an almost 360 beautiful view. Shops, stores and restaurants very close.

Not sound-proof at all. I could hear the neighbours in the room next door and above, and also guests in the hallway. The room and shower was very tiny, I kept on bumping myself and my toes. The shower water takes long to get warm. The bed was hard and the pillows very soft (not supportive enough for me).

The hotel did not provide breakfast as described on Booking.com. When I first entered the room, there was dust on the floor. The bathroom facilities were awful, and the hot water is not available all the time, especially during nighttime (I even could not take bath because of the lack of hot water). The room is really small, it's uncomfortable for 2 ppl to stay!

The staffs very friendly and helpful.The hotel nearly the square and the beach just spend some minutes to walk.

Its was terrible room, freaking dirty and smelly. I couldn't even stand for another mins right when i stept into the room. Oh my gods. You wouldn't have able to believe it. I booked the room online and when i checked in i pay the full amount of money for the room, and then right when i got into the room, i couldn't imagine how dirty that was and the room was terrible, i got so mad because its like trash place. I told them that no ways i can stay at this room and i asked them for money back but they refused to return my money, and then they told booking company that i didn't show up, they tried to scam me another charge for the room i did pay the full amount of money i wasn't stay. Whats a terrible hotel and staff. Be aware people. Just ugh.

Fair warning ⚠️, the first floor room # 101 has a very present and strong smell of raw sewage. In addition, room 101 was also infested with mosquitoes. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked and the staff had no solutions and were unable to accommodate us.We end up booking at another hotel and still had to pay about 70% of our booking cost to evacuate the sewer smell and mosquitoes filled room 101.
